There is no notch present in the phone the screen has an always-on mode that demonstrate battery level, date, time and notifications about time, alarm without making the phone from sleep.

The cellphone is installed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with the 4GB RAM clocked at 1.8 GHz. The processor is 14nm and uses 8 ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores and the same GPU. A 3500 mAh non-removable battery is not bad. It has 64 GB of storage that can be expanded with the use of a micro SD card up to 256 GB. It has dual SIM options but at the same time you can’t use 4G on both SIMs. On one you can use 4G and the other is limited to 3G. It also has a hall sensor, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and geomagnetic sensor with the accelerometer, gyroscope. The presence of Micro-USB port of charging and data transfer is out dated and the absence of NFN is unsatisfactory. It also has a built in face recognition and the fingerprint sensor. Though, the finger print sensor is bit low.

If we talk about the software and performance of the phone then the point is it has a software Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor which is present usually in the cheaper phones. Other smartphones like Oppo A71 (2018) and Redmi 5 have this software and they cost bit less than the Galaxy A6+. In this smartphone the usage of social media apps like Whats App, Twitter and casual browsing is good. However the phone stumble and slowdown. The score of this smartphone in different tests like in AnTuTu, multicore tests and some others are average as it is sluggish in handling intensive workload. This phone doesn’t get warm with the usage which is good.

Galaxy A6+camera come with the 16MP primary sensor of f/1.7 aperture and 5MP secondary sensor of f/1.9 aperture to capture depth. The front camera is 24 MP with f/1.9 aperture. The camera has different modes like sports, panorama, night and a pro mode to alter the white balance, exposure, metering and ISO. It has more than 30 stickers and 50 stamps and even more you can download from the Samsung Galaxy Apps application. Camera images shows good range and captures amazing selfies in the day light or favorable light. Camera has a single LED flash light for both front and rear camera and the front illuminator-type flash helps to a degree but in the low light the selfie image is bit disappointing. In unfavorable light the image is dark and gloomy. But on the whole the camera is good with the detailed image in favorable light. It is also capable of bukeh shots with the both front and rear camera images. In video you get a good detailed image but somewhere suffer from focus shifting.
